Remote, contactless ironing service with free doorstep collection & delivery
We now offer a remote, contactless ironing service, with free collection and delivery to your doorstep. 1. On booking, we send you an ironing inventory short form to complete, listing items to iron, and request for the booking fee to be made online. 2. Leave your ironing, inventory form and hangers in a bag on your front door for us to collect at the agreed collection time. 3. We safely collect your ironing and hangers from your doorstep, sending you an electronic collection receipt. 4. Your assigned, experienced housekeeper carefully completes your ironing within their own (non-smoker guaranteed) home. 5. Balancing payment is made online. 6. Your crease-free clothes are carefully returned to you, at the agreed delivery time, along with an electronic delivery receipt. Our housekeepers provide a personalised service: customers are able to choose exactly what they would like their personal housekeeper to cover. One off cleanA one off clean, such as a spring clean, end of tenancy clean or after party clean. This is more of a deep clean, ensuring that your home is gleaming as a result! An assessment will be made of your home to determine the time and cost involved. This service usually takes about 6 hours to complete.
